"Life is a course of active expression of the state of life and improving", the extracurricular life is correlation and homologic with life of school. It possess especial value for elementary students, is free time that they become the adult, determinate quality of them. For elementary students, extracurricular life is scope of leisure life, from ancient to now time, many thinkers inside country and outside had awareness of significant and important toward"leisure"and"leisure time".This essay has viewed extracurricular life of child as text, described real situation on the basis of the questionnaire and the interviews, which showed that school assignment is eternal theme, training course main content exchanging among classmate, kinds of media and sports'performance were favorite way of life of elementary students, but those contents of life cannot last smoothly because of restraints of parents and objective condition.Comparative and analysis"ought"and"reality"of extracurricular life of elementary students, reveals theme of absence of childhood. That had unconsciously lost integrity and harmony that ought be own. In the fourth part, analysed system of knowledge of how"distortion"the extracurricular life of urban elementary students. Foucault's archaeology knowledge inspected a kind of technology that take into human body, modernity ,and every corners of modern life that tool rationalation permeate into, his theory promotes development of modern society. At the same time, life of children was influnced by tool rationalization society, covered by life of rationalization of the adult, the extracurricular life was subjected by systematic life represented by school. Discipline power is Foucault's power of definition embodiment, a especial expressive form. Regulation and power is closely related. Omnipresent power, formed a huge network, as though capillary permeability in all aspects of social life, permeate into human texture, embody their manner, attitude, discourse, infiltrated into study and life of them. There is tendency that from body to soul of teachers, parents, students was restricted by tool rationalization. The kind of power, for teachers originate from feature of educational background, of their profession, for parents from relation between child and themselves and from educated degree themselves, for students themselves, from result that society needs polishing. We must reconstruct knowledge idea. In the last part, explained reformed approach from idea, means, content to system of evaluation of talents, and urgent task that depend childhood in our society.
