The Study On The Construction Of Evaluation System And Application Methods Of Economical Campus

Evaluating construction level of economical campus is an important measure to check how the universities response to the national policies and its own energy-saving building construction level, also provides corresponding research basis and makes corresponding contribution to build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society in the guidance of the scientific concept. However, at present, our research on economical campus construction is still in the initial stage, not only the system is not perfect, but also hasn't the corresponding evaluation index system supporting. Therefore, the research on economical campus evaluation system construction and application methods has certain theoretical and practical significance.The study on economical campus evaluation is in its initial stage, for the moment, there is no any maturer, completer and influential assessment system in the internation. Aiming at these problems, using the theory and method of comprehensive evaluation, combining with the actual situation of Chinese universities, through referring to kinds of practices on economical campus evaluation research and studying the other campus energy-saving evaluation system research prior to the economical campus, this article tentatively construct an economical campus evalution index system and selected corresponding comprehensive evaluation values calculation method.Based on the evaluation system and the calculation method, selecting three universities as examples, according to the actual situation of these universities and their development, utilizing Delphi-method to construct the index system from four aspects such as the construction of organization and system, the consumption of resource, the saving technology and the construction of supervision system, etc., and using AHP method to confirm the weight of each index, then on the base of collecting three universities'data, the author did the comprehensive evaluation analysis.The research results indicate that the proposed economical campus evaluation system and comprehensive calculation method can be quantitatively evaluate the construction level of economical campus, and then supply data supports and decision-making basis to the administrative section of university on construction management and further energy-saving construction.
