Especially after the determination of the development direction as"promoting our country from big one to powerful one in sports", it have decisioned people-centered development goal in sports, that is, to uphold the element to strengthen people constitution, enhance the whole nation constitutional diathesis and quality of life, promote the comprehensive development. To achieve sports development for the people, with the people, outcomes of which shared by the people. Therefore, this study will take this point as the theory basics, examine the current condition of mass sports in our country, and make suggestions to how to prosper the mass sports combined with the requirement of all-rounded development of people. The innovation of this research is to combine the all-round development needs, make both the sports and promote the comprehensive development combined closely, which are of certain theoretical innovation, and will also make sports practice after the Olympics significant.At first,it describes the research background, research content and make sure the research methods which this study would use. Secondly, It mainly explains connotation of interrelated theories, the all-rounded development of people theory and mass sports theory, and learns about the condition of the mass sports in our country since 1949, elaborating the people's rights about sports combined with the sports law inside and outside our country. Thirdly, it mainly analyses on the current development situation and the problems about Chinese mass sports from nine aspects, and further to give out the four reasons that limited the development of the mass sports, and talks about the policy of South Korea, Japan, Italy, Spain, Britain and other countries, and forecasts development opportunities of the mass sports in China after the Olympics. In the end, it gives the measures and proposes on the prosperity and development of mass sports, and how to promote the all-rounded development of people.
