The party and the country has put forward that the fundamental task of education is to establish "fostering integrity and promoting rounded development of people",which points out the direction for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities since the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC).Therefore,it is of great significance for the
