Along with social progress, we has entered the information and learning economy era. Social development raise new requirement to learn, which is higher information literacy, innovation and life-long learning. So education mode needs homologous revolutionary. As network has independent, open, interaction and easy to share, networked learning become important way to adapt the development of the time. But network technology can't carry out the revolution of education. The function of networked learning can be implemented, only it is guided by right theory.The study analyze the situation of Cognitive Apprenticeship from inland and abroad, according to the feature of networked learning, we raise three, including the learning of students, the teaching of the teachers and networked learning environment design. We take "Flash Multimedia Courseware Manufacture" for example, choose the terrace for networked learning, and design On-line Replying, Theme Discussing and Self-Directed Study as the. Study style to take three Strategies in practice. On the base of the result, networked learning not only advances the study of knowledge, but also improves study strategies.
