| In 2015,the " teacher workshops " of online training project were put into preschool teacher national training plan,through the use of information technology,master of workshop lead training teachers to design workshop community to optimize online training mode and improve the effectiveness of teacher workshop online training.The purpose of the thesis is to take the project of " National Training Plan-teachers’ workshops High-end Training Program for preschool education classes "-Dameilongjiang workshop as an example: Firstly,through the questionnaire,the thesis analyzes the current situation of online training content,training methods,training activities and training environment of preschool teachers’ workshop,and summarizes the existing problems;Secondly,from the cognitive apprenticeship theory framework and learning characteristics,to analyze preschool teachers’ workshop community elements,and design the online training model of preschool teachers’ workshop from the perspective of cognitive apprenticeship,according to the general steps of cognitive apprenticeship to the sequence of online training activities,taking the training process of activity "my study story" as an example to analysis the implementation process,combining the training log,training lesson plans,training and training briefs collected during the implementation phase,to help train teachers participate in the online training model effectively and actively;Finally evaluate the implementation effect by interview survey.The thesis aims to construct the online training model of preschool teachers through the four dimensions of cognitive apprenticeship,which can provide a reference and effective theoretical basis for the implementation of the " National Training Plan-teachers’ workshops High-end Training Program for preschool education classes ".To enhance the promotion of online training model in our country,promote the online training and professional growth ability of training teachers and other members in preschool teachers workshop,meanwhile,improve the online training quality of training project in each region in the province as well as the balanced development of regional preschool teachers. |
