With the constant progress of Educational Technology Competency building project for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, the Educational Technology Competency Training has been carried out gradually around the country. Teacher-learners had shown great interest and enthusiasm in the training and played an active part in it. However, the training teacher had put a lot of effort into the training. The advantages of the distance training haven't been exerted because the teacher-learners depend too much on the training teacher and they are not doing full justice to the resources around them. In this dissertation, such problems have been involved, and it has taken a systematic analysis and in-depth exploration by combining Networked Learning Community.Based on activity theory, group dynamics theory, adult learning theory and cooperative learning theory, combining with Networked Learning Community, beginning with the practice of distance training, the dissertation develops a model of constructing Networked Learning Community. On this basis, it makes an analysis of the distance training activity design based on Networked Learning Community in this dissertation. The design of the training activity is a systematic progress and the implementation is very important. It impacts teaching results directly. This dissertation explains the strategies of implementation for the distance training based on Networked Learning Community. In addition, the author also shows the whole process of the design of activity in style of cases, and hopes to provide a reference or emulation for the Educational Technology Competency Training for Primary and Secondary Schools.
