The Exploration On The Efficient Combination Of Group Counseling And Ideological And Political Education Of Undergraduate

As a method of ideological and political education, psychological counseling has been popular in colleges for long and played an important role. Group counseling is an important form of psychological counseling through interactions within the group to guide the individuals. It is a highly efficient method of mental health education because it can solve many people's homogeneous psychological distress at one time. It is a new idea to introduce group counseling to college students'ideological and political education to discover new education type and to realize the effective combination of group counseling and college students'ideological and political education which is helpful to enlarge means for college students'ideological and political education and improve educational effectiveness.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part brings forward the introduction of the theory of group counseling and explains the research significance while analyzing the situation at home and abroad so that to pave the way for the topic. The second part points out existing problems and the reasons of the ideological and political education so that to lay the foundation for the topic. The third part analyzes the realistic needs for the combination of the both to points out the internal relations between group counseling and ideological and political education, thus to find an entry point for the combination of both, so that process a feasibility analysis from views of the policy, institution, personnel and form. The fourth part proposes an efficient way of group counseling and ideological and political education combination, specifically discuses objectives, contents, forms and staffs, and establish the correct values through the design of group counseling program, using examples, explore the group counseling and college students'ideological and political education in the ways and means of effective integration, in order to achieve the purposes of strengthen and improve ideological and political education.
