Improving Ideological and political theory teaching quality assessment, in which the key question is how to assess the ideological and political theory teaching evaluation. Education authorities in China 80 years from the 20th century began teaching political theory Assessment study, said the whole is still in the exploratory stage.In the direct concern of the party and the country, after twenty years of development, China's construction of ideological and political theory has made considerable progress. However, the current ideological and political theory course teaching is still much to be desired, a serious impact on ideological and political course of the sustained and healthy development, need to accurately grasp the situation, take appropriate measures to be addressed as soon as possible. Assessment of the ideological and political theory teaching is to help us to grasp the situation, an important means of identifying the problems. Practice has proved that teaching evaluation of teaching has a huge role in guiding and promoting is indisputable. Teaching Political Theory in the practice of evaluation, how to ensure the ideological and political theory teaching evaluation of scientific, practical and systematic is needed to resolve key issues. Ideological and political theory at this stage on the evaluation of teaching, is still relatively weak, how to establish a sound scientific assessment of the effectiveness of mechanisms to promote ideological and political theory teaching is effective, there is no comprehensive, systematic exposition.This article discusses the ideological and political theory in teaching the concept and assessment of ideological and political theory teaching the practice of development evaluation, based on in-depth analysis of the ideological and political theory teaching assessment of the reasons for many problems arising and make the corresponding countermeasures.
