Cmpetitive Sports "Three Training Network" Path Optimization In Zhejiang Province

Aquatic sports such as canoeing, rowing and sailing are the elementary sports of the Olympic Games, and attached the importance to the world of sports. Aquatic sports is the key and superiority project in Zhejiang Province .The research was aimed to contribute to the furtherance of Reserved Talents in Zhejiang Province aquatic project with analysis the project development drawbacks ,summary of the development experience and putting forward the measures ,based on present reserved talents situation. The research use the methods of literature, questionnaire, site visits and interviews, statistics to the development and competitive level of aquatic sports in Zhejiang Province; The situation about talents selection, training, competition and transportation; Training facilities, funds, as well as athlete management and retirement safeguard present situation ;The paths of cultivate aquatic talents in Zhejiang Province.There're some advantages about aquatic sports"the three training network"in Zhengjiang Province .The national team promote Zhejiang Province training team ; College and intensive management are innovative means ,also have a team battle mode ;There have a strong teachers and coachs team and perfect"three training network"to primary ,intermediate and advanced training .Due to the low standard of socialization ,popularization ,specialization of the aquatic sports "the three training network" in Zhejiang Province and the dim future of the athletes of water sports, the standard of recruitment of both primary and secondary athletes has been raised .There're very few heavyweight rowing athletes independently trained in local province and very few athletes of first and second class in local province .The knowledge cultivation of water sports athletes is not enough compared to the amount of training they get. The training efficiency is affected by the single fund resource, insufficient fund for some cities' infrastructure, bad training environment and the comprehensive ability of the coaches must improve .The selection and training methods are relatively unscientific .The inadequate of competition system, retirement safeguard mechanisms seriously affect the enthusiasm of coaches and athletes.Base on the advantage of aquatic sports"three training network"in Zhejiang Province and putting forward some optimization measures. Establish and improve the diversification of Amateur Training System, cooperate with college to cultivate athlete, promote the pace of"Combination"in the primary, intermediate and advanced training network; Increase the government funding, attract investments extensive, to achieve diversity investments in aquatic sports. Strengthen and raise the overall quality of coaches; Increase the number of coaches, training skills and learning communication times; Perfect the system of competition ,training ,athlete introduce and retirement safeguard ,cultivate athlete's interesting to aquatic sports in amateur training ,perfect the incentive measures about athlete and coaches. To envisage a training mode for cultivation the aquatic sports talents.
