Questioning is the commonest and highly frequency teaching behavior. Many researchers regarded questioning as an important indicator in the measuring of teaching quality and teachers'diathesis. Classroom questioning has becoming the teachers'main measure of teaching. In our kindergarten, teacher use a lot of questions, and children's thinking process is often started from a problem. As kindergarten teachers, we must to prepare well-designed questions, lit the children's spark of thought, stimulate their desire to explore and building the bridge and ladder consciously to their difficult-founding and problem-solving. Inquiry activities throughout the children's daily life. All activities in the shadow of inquiry, including studying, playing and living. High class children are more development of physical and psychological. High class inquiry activities more frequently and smoothly, it is especially important to teachers'questioning. How to design the questions in the inquiry activities, achieve scientific and effective question design, receive the intended purpose of teaching, is the subject that worth every teacher and early childhood educator to discuss.Therefore, this study starting from the inquiry activities of high class children, adopting observation, interview and other methods, randomly selected a high class of kindergarten to research, anglicizing the daily inquiry activities of young children including teachers ask questions - children answer– teachers response. Specific research the distribution of questions, question type, wait time and so on, to survey the character of the teachers'questioning in inquiry activities, effect factors and the influence to the children's inquiry activities In order to provide some simple but practical advice to the teachers'questioning skill developing in inquiry activities.
