| Questions as a kind of teaching method exists in all aspects of classroom teaching,it throughout the course of the teaching,it is the main carrier of the language of instruction.The life of teaching lies in asking questions.For teachers,to ask help teachers organize the teaching process,to improve students’ classroom participation and achieve the teaching goal.For students,ask questions can cultivate children’s language expression ability,expand the divergent thinking.This study selected a kindergarten in dalian middle shift section 15 teachers in language teaching activities in question as the research content,through the observation method,case analysis and interview method,reference to the good and the broad type of problem detection coding table and ji-liang shen and Li Yin coding system,the preparation of teachers’ classroom questioning and feedback of the number of questions in teaching object,the types of questions,asking questions,wait a time and teachers a way to carry on the analysis,find the problems existing in the kindergarten teachers in language teaching activities to ask questions and the factors influencing teachers’ questioning behavior.The results show that the preschool teachers in language teaching activities questions exist the following problems:(1)the teacher questions heavy "quantity" is not "quality".Problem number,low quality of type(2)the teacher questions to mechanization.Main show is in the closed questions too much,less open questions;Is a high proportion of the type questions,Low cognitive problems,non cognitive problems(3)the teacher less choice questions’ tropism standard deviation of the object.Mainly displays in the teachers tend to choose "ability" infants to answer thequestion;Teachers tend to ask questions of "best regards" in the valve(4)teachers give children wait a short time(5)teachers manage a way is not reasonable.Main show is in principle a way a single;The teacher ask the answer.Reasons that affect teacher questions include:(1)the teaching idea influence teachers ask questions(2)professional literacy affect the teachers’ questions..Including teachers’ theory quality influence teachers’ questions,teachers’ teaching quality influence teachers’ questions.(3)other factors affect the teachers’ questions.Including young relationship,class size,teachers’ personality characteristics,seat arrangement influence teachers’ questions.To this end,this study puts forward relevant strategies to optimize the questions of preschool teachers :(1)teachers should set up the modern education concept of correct science.(2)teachers should improve their professional quality.Including teachers should strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge.Teachers should enhance the ability of effective questioning(3)to create a relaxed classroom atmosphere and build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students. |
