Reform and opening up in China's social change opened the historical process. China istransforming from traditional society to modem society, from the homogenous oneness ofsociety to heterogeneous diversified society. In the reform on the basis of resource allocationsystem, China has had mixed ownership, non-public economy for the society, new ownershipform from the interests of original structure into wholeness multiplication benefit structureprovides the prerequisite. The social benefit structure differentiation, reorganization, politicaldemocratization and legalization for the development of the interest group, which hasprovided the objective social basis and political possibilities. The original social benefitpattern is broken, new interest groups and class, and gradually formed a different degree toinfluence government decisions at all levels. Anyhow, interest groups phenomena exists hasbecome an undeniable fact. In the comprehensive construction well-off society andconstructing the socialist harmonious society advancement, interest groups and the existenceand development of strength between various interest groups to the constant change of theincreasingly become the important factors influencing cannot be ignored.But, as our country's specific conditions and interest group development itself reasons,our interests group functions and face all kinds of difficulties. How to get rid of thesedifficulties, in which the interest group politics functions to provide a good socialenvironment and become handle our interests group the key link problems.Based on reference about interests of research achievements at home and abroad, I triedpresent situation of an interest group, existing problems and future developmentcountermeasures of comparison system research problems. In order to contribute to thediversification of promoting coordinated development of interest groups that providingvaluable theoretical reference.Paper is divided into three chapters: Chapter I: about the development of foreign interest groups and their theoretical research,including the development of American interests, foreign interest group theory research andits pros and cons.Chapter II: is the analysis of Chinese interest group's present condition, mainly includingChinese interest group's emergence, development situation and challenge, this paper expoundsthe basic form interest group development, characteristics and the social effect of Chineseinterest group's development.Chapter III: is about government management countermeasures, interest group'sdevelopment needs various efforts of society, government and citizen. In order to realize theharmony of interest groups and social progress, we should integrate social interests andstrengthen the legal standard.
