A Primary Research to the Cognitive Psychological Structure of Guangxi Outstanding Juvenile long jump AthletesAbstract: Using the method of psychological measurement, this article makes a test to the partial cognitive psychological norm of Guangxi outstanding long jump athletes and statistically analyzes the result of the test, which is to explore the cognitive psychological structure of Guangxi splendid juvenile long jump athletes, and to establish the discriminate function of these norms, providing reference to the psychological selecting material of Guangxi top-notch juvenile long jump athletes.Cognition is also recognition, refers to the characteristic and association of objective things reflected by human brains, and exposes the psychological activities of the meaning and function which the objective things affect human beings. Cognitive process is the basic psychological process, by which people acquire and use knowledge, including sensation, perception, memory, imagination, thinking, speech and so on. Athletes' cognitive psychological process is the indispensable psychological condition in the formation of athletic techniques. Without the function of the cognition of sensation, perception, memory, imagination, thinking, etc, the mastering and using of techniques would be a source without root. Cognitive psychological structure, formed during long-term of study and practice of athletes, is the base with which athletes give free rein to the ability of cognitive psychology. How the performance of the grasping of athletic technique and the performance in competition?After comparative analysis, the targets used in this article can all be use to describe the cognitive psychological structure of the outstanding juvenile long jump athletes. They can be divided into three kinds: the types of training, stabilizing, and mixing. Whichever of these types of cognitive psychological norm require the testing target providing with rather high levels. The statistic analysis of these norms shows that the cognitive psychological structure of Guangxi outstanding juvenile long jump athletes consists of six components: reacting ability, thinking ability, comprehensive ability, deep perceptive ability, muscle movement experiencing ability, and athletic perceptive ability. Reacting ability reflects the swift degree of athletes' reaction to the complex change of the contesting fields, thinking ability reflects the nimblility and flexibility of athletes' athletic thinking, comprehensive ability reflects the athletes' attention and ability of controlling muscle movement, deep perceptive ability reflects the athletes' accurate judgement of distance, muscle movement experiencing ability reflects the nimble degree of the sensations of the athletic difference, and athletic perceptive ability reflects the athletes' sensation and control of their own bodies' movement.The selection of outstanding athletes is one of the forward problems of P.E scientific research. However, with the increasingly striking of the function of the psychological quality affecting the athletes' good performance, psychological selection becomes to the main content of athletes' selection. The purpose of psychological selection is to select athletes from the hereditary superiority of psychological quality and from the higher-levels of fine early education and training,making the athletes to possess the higher starting point to engage in specialized movement. By statistically analyzing the result of the test of the above-mentioned athletes' cognitive psychological targets, this article established the discriminate function formula of the psychological selection of outstanding juvenile long jump athletes, which can be used for the psychological selecting material of Guangxi top-notch juvenile long jump athletes.
