As a part of higher education,China’s private colleges already has a certain scale and a pivotal position after years of development. The survival and development of private colleges in the fierce competition depends mainly on its school-running quality levels, and the faculty condition are the main factors influencing the quality of running a school. If we want to want to effectively improve the teachers’work enthusiasm, teaching quality and teaching level in private colleges,we must focus on the present situation of private college teachers’psychological contract and the existing problems. An important subject in the construction of the current private colleges is to improve contract management system, give full play to private colleges teachers’enthusiasm, initiative and creativity which is based on the research of the psychological contract status and problems. Psychological contract is a formal, implicit contractual relationship which reflects expectation and perception of the members about the organization. Although it does not have very strong realistic binding like a clear contract, but it can cause an important impact on the behavior and attitude of members.In private colleges, the psychological contract has great influence on teachers’teaching behaviors.On the basis of questionnaire and predecessors’psychological contract theory, this paper conduct the thorough research to the problem of teachers’psychological contract through the methods such as descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis which start from the perspective of psychological contract of private colleges teachers in Fujian. Combined with the local college teachers’psychological contract theory, this thesis put forward to implement management of private colleges teachers organization responsibility, establish harmonious psychological contract structure and the local college teachers’psychological contract model, analysis the various factors influencing the teachers’psychological contract. Within the category of psychological contract, the influence of the distributive and procedural justice on teachers is emphasized. By the problem of the private college teachers’psychological contract management is discussed in this paper, we can understand the dynamic change of the psychological contract, control the critical period and the entire management, establish and improve the early warning system and processing scheme of the teachers’psychological contract, attaches great importance to teachers’career management, research on teachers’scientific research incentive mechanism and communication mechanism, establish effective performance to ensure dynamic balance of teachers’psychological contract, guarantee stable sustainable development of private colleges and universities.
