The methods of documental research~ historical research and experience-summarizing research are used in the thesis. Based on the situation research of the present national mathematical curriculum reform and the research of the mathematics teachers? role and function in the mathematical curriculum reform, the author exposed the necessity of training mathematics teachers in the mathematical curriculum reform. Then the author did the further work on mathematics teachers?training in the mathematical curriculum reform梔iscussed the most important aspects: the ideal of the training-, the targets of the training the content of the training and the patterns of the training. The creative work is that: First, analyzing the teachers?role and function in the mathematical curriculum reform, the author divided the developing of the mathematical curriculum reform into seven stages; Second, the author pointed out the profound ideal of training mathematical teachers in the mathematical curriculum reform, gave out the meaning of training model in deferent levels, and summarized six patterns of training teacher. The motive of the writing is to make each class in society recognize the importance of training the teachers in the mathematical curriculum reform, so that the mathematical curriculum reform will be push forward successfully. The thesis consists of three parts. Abstract 3 Part One: The Present Situation Research of the National Mathematical Curriculum Reform After introduced the present situation of the national mathematical curriculum reform (including the birth of ((National Standard for Mathematics Curriculum)) as a phase result), the author compared the traditional ((Mathematics Teaching Program)) and the new ((National Standard for Mathematics Curriculum)) And then a survey on new curricula ideal has been done in order to find how about the mathematics teachers?thinking on the new curricula ideal and their present teaching in schools. At last the author gave out the result that there were some differences between the requirement of the new ((National Standard for Mathematics Curriculum)) and the mathematics teachers?thoughts and deeds. So the mathematics teachers must be trained. Part Two: The Analysis of the Mathematics Teachers?Role in the Mathematical Curriculum Reform Firstly the author reviewed the mathematics teachers?role and function in ancient, modem and contemporary mathematics education history. And then the author hold such an opinion that 揂 teacher is an action-researcher? and discussed the mathematics teachers?role and function in mathematical curriculum reform in theory. At last, the conclusion is still that the mathematics teachers must be trained. Part Three: The Study on Training Mathematics Teachers in the Mathematical Curriculum Reform ~眫ii~ Abstract 4 Based on the above parts, this section talked about the ideal the targets ~. the content and the patterns of training mathematics teachers the four aspects in mathematical curriculum reform minutely.
