At present, the mathematics course reform of a new round has already entered the classroom of middle schools, and it is deepening and developing constantly. The issue of the course standard of mathematics has pointed out the direction for the reform in education, and it has offered the brand-new teaching idea for analyzing and solving bad student's problem of mathematics too. This text is carrying on the discussion to bad student's question of mathematics in middle school under this background. The purpose of this research lies in changing the traditional education idea fundamentally, by carrying on the reform in education of the classroom, probing into the method to transform the bad student of mathematics, really reflecting the idea that faces all students, making sure to develop into the foundation with students and offering the train of thought and basis in order to improve the quality teaching and studying effectively. This text is on the basis of analyzing the educational factors that come from the bad students of mathematics. It puts forward the mathematics education countermeasure to transform the bad students ,and it combines the " low,light,many,soon " transform experiment and has shown the cases in concrete teaching. This text pays attention to the combining of theory with practice. It adopts documental law , analytic approach , single-case-observing law , statistical check law , etc. which come from the science of education research to study these issues.
