The moral education in China and America differs from each other because of their culturalbackgrounds and society systems. At the same time, there is a trend of harmony with the developing ofeconomy and the opening of society.This paper compares the two countries'cultural backgrounds, thehistories of moral education and the characters of their school moral education. On the basis, the last partof the paper focuses on the modernization of moral education in China.
