A Superficial Discuss On Chinese Current Social Problems Of Sports

As a kind of social phenomenon and a part of social life, sports is eroded and rotted by all kinds of social problems. To a certain extent, the social problems of sports that have appeared interfere with social order, hinder human life, influence social stability, and make the development of sports deviate from original spirit and normal track. The social problems of sports not only harm social order, but also obstruct the healthy development of sports because of their negative influence. So a large mass of people, and the government and the workers of sports theory pay them close attention. Especially, some typical social problems of sports in our country are severer and severer, make the voice of "attack" be rising. What's more, to punish them, some representatives request the national judiciary to legislate on national people's representative conference and political consultative conference.In the first part of this paper, the social problems of sports are defined. The social problems of sports is one of general ideas that are not accurate and are made frequently by sports sociology in our country, and these uncertain definitions are confused with the behavior against regulations of sports and other social problems .'for a long time. Because there are many kinds of the social problems of sports now, and the old solved problems are followed by some new problems, so we must grope unceasingly and try to find out them. In the third part, the author analyzes why the social problems of sports can turn up, some are the tools and the competition of sports; some are the great influence of the society, the economy, the culture, the history, etc; some are the microcosmic influence of personal subjective reasons; the others are the integrated influence of social or personal unreasonable ideas of value. On the condition that we find out the reasons, we can adopt corresponding measures. In the fourth part, the author probes into the administration of the social problems of sports, expounds its necessity, method, means and essential demand, especially analyzes two basic points of administrating the social problems of sports: reform the system of sports, ameliorate legal institutions of sports. In terms of the influence of the social problems of sports in our life, sets forth two ways of administrating them: control and solve. For the social problems of sports in our country, we can't exaggerate, also can't neglect, we must study and seek truth from facts, and combine social strength, orderly solve or control them.
