Studies On Competition Legal System In Sports Industry

This paper will focus on the competition Iegal systems in sports industry, trying to explain the reasons to the problems,referring to the cases in foreign countries,giving suggestions in the improving the competition Iegal systems in sports industry.This paper describes the development of sports industry and situations of competition Iegal system nowadays of sports industry in China, analyze the problems encountered in developing the sports industry in China; describing the development of sports industry and situations of competition Iegal system nowadays of sports industry in foreign countries,and any valuable experiences can be taken as reference by China;providing the suggestions and measures for improving the competition legal systems in sports industry in China.
