Cogitation Of The Development Of University Students Quality In Management Science

Recently, Science and Technology advance rapidly with the development of knowledge economy, thus ,national power becomes very competitive. The quality and quantity of various advanced professionals determine the national power to great extend. However ,more investigations and research show that the quality of undergraduates as the main source of advanced professionals is not so good .In 1999,Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and State Council made The Decision to Deepen Education Reform and Promote Quality Education. In the recent two years, Advanced Education Management with respect to quality education chiefly focuses on the meaning of the quality, general connotation ,basic characteristics and humanity and political quality with a good achievement . Recently, the systematic exploration concerning the quality of university students, the quality value and basic characteristics the development content of regularity and the relevant principle of the quality has been conducted. The development obstacles for students' quality has been extensively analyzed. How advanced education management meets the quality development of students should be further discussed on the innovation of concept and method. These explorations ,analyses and research will be very helpful to the theory and practice of advanced education management.Since the center of quality education is university students ,this paper, based on the basic principle and approaches of the technology of Management and Advanced Education, puts forward and exploressystematically the following subjects :the quality of university students ;the quality value and basic characteristics; the content, the regularity , the environment and the mode of quality education ;the connotation and the relevant rules of the management of developing the quality of university students .Based on the above-mentioned points, the paper further analyses the reasons of management for holding back the development of university students quality ,namely, the subject malposition of university students quality development; the restricted X Theory of students' management; the difficulties in the reform of the teaching management; the changed training objective . Meanwhile, the paper , in order to meet the requirements of university students quality development , also illustrates that the advanced education management, esp. the advanced management on teaching and students should establish the concept of "students center" and conduct the environmental rebuilding project . In detail ,they involve how to train teachers to have abilities to guide the development of students quality ; how to vary the motivating system for students' learning and the relevant systems; how to develop the modern teaching techniques ; how to train students for self-management, how to stress the ideological and massive principles of the management concerning the campus culture; and how to exploit the social resources for the quality development of students rapidly.The paper puts forward its own understanding on the following subjects: the quality of university students ; the quality value and basic characteristics; the content, the regularity , the environment and the mode of developing the quality of university students, the connotation and the relevant rules of the management of developingthe quality of university students ; the subject malposition of university students quality development ,the restricted X Theory of students' management, the changed training objective; to establish the concept of " students center" , to vary the motivating system for students' learning and the relevant systems, to develop the modern teaching techniques, to train students for self-management and to exploit the social resources for the quality development of students rapidly.
