Study On Quality Management Of Foreign Students Training In W University

In the trend of internationalization of higher education,International exchanges and cooperation are more and more frequent.Foreign students' training has become a new part of China's education system these years.It shoulders the responsibility of cultivating international talents who know Chinese well.It is very important for promoting and developing friendly relations between different countries,promoting the higher education internationalization.Based on the model of service quality gap,this paper constructs a perception evaluation scale for foreign students on the basis of Richter scale.It measures the perception evaluation of foreign students on the five dimensions of tangibility,reliability,safety,responsiveness and empathy of the training quality provided by W university,and combines the research methods of questionnaire survey and field interviews to analyze the training quality of foreign students in W university.From the research results,we can easily find that the evaluation of the quality of service provided by W university are not very high.The main reasons are: single source country,low quality of students,single teaching arrangement in teaching management,insufficient arrangement of practical teaching and after-school activities,insufficient international teachers,the problem of "retaining cadres" in daily service management,logistic life.Activity management of foreign students.Through analyzing and discussing the problems of the quality management of international students' training in W university in the aspects of enrollment,teaching management and service management,this paper puts forward that W university should further improve the quality of international students' training and attract more foreign students to study.School should improve the quality of foreign students' sources,strengthen the teacher's skills,adjust the teaching arrangement for foreign students.To enrich the extracurricular life of foreign students and strengthen the service concept and level of managers.
