Construction Of Quality Management System For The Weapons Development In The University

As a participant in the construction, daily operation and maintenance of the universities weaponry quality management system (UWQMS), the candidate learns a lot about the status of UWQMS and reflects on the problems in the operation. The thesis describes the problems existing in UWQMS from different points of view, and sums up how to build UWQMS.At first, the thesis introduces the background and source of the subject, as well as its purpose and significance. After that, it elaborates the existing problems in UWQMS as following:definition of product certification scope; standardization of product realization process, refinement of document records andconfiguration,Particularity of organization, platformmanagement of research and production, organization of management review, etc.This thesis also proposes the seven 'how' as follows:plan UWQMS,how to prepare and use quality manual, how to design UWQMS documents, how toset up UWQMS departments and realize the internal communication, how torealize UWQMS products andhow to monitor and measure the products.The thesis repeatedly verifies the constriction method of UWQMS, which integrates the theoretical method, the risk management during the development of new weapons and the direction & keys to the construction of UWQMS.
