Each preschool teacher must experience the stage of being new teacher. During this stage, new preschool teachers should finish the role transfer from students to teachers, which is called the role adaptation in this dissertation. It is urgent for kindergarten managers to help new preschool teachers to shorten the adaptation period, improve professional ability and play the leading role in preschool education. The aim of this dissertation is to analyze new preschool teachers how to adapt their role transfer and to give some ideas on this analysis.In this dissertation, the preschool teacher role system is made up of role expectation, role-playing skill and role playing. Preschool teachers realize their role expectation through developing their role-playing skill by their role playing-same as educational behavior. The aim of new preschool teachers' role adaptation is to make this educational behavior more effective. According to the writer, the reflection ability of teaching skill training is an efficient way to develop the professional ability of new preschool teachers.In the course, the writer uses documentary survey, interviewing survey and observing survey. The writer also uses video technology, which can provide and efficient and immediate feedback. So it can be proved as an efficient way to the reflection ability of teaching skill training.Thereby, the writer establishes a role system of preschool teachers and clarifies the content and purposes of new teachers' role adaptation in this dissertation.
