| Professional football is the inevitable result of commercial economy development, building professional football club is the intrinsic need of the development of football under the circumstance of commercial economy. Production relationship of professional football, adapting to the process from planed economy to market economy, isn't suitable for the rapid development of football productivity. With instant reforms of professional football and economy system, innovations of professional football stock system is still going further, but the acute contradiction isn't completely solved, as a result, some problems appeared in the system and operation of professional football club, especially in the stock-based football club. This thesis gives some methods to demonstrate and analyze the internal contradiction of stock-based football club via expert investigation method and actual survey. From the point of stock system, it demonstrates that stock system is one of the effective ways to solve internal problem of professional football club; It also probes the possibility of carrying out stock system by football club, based on this basic point it layout the prospect of which stock-based football club adapts to the development of economy system. Finally the paper presents some reasonable suggestions and references for building new socialist system of stock-based football club which adapt to market economy and for solving internal problems of stock-based football club.
