Factors Affecting The Development Of The Chinese Football League And Countermeasures Research

In this thesis, relevant data about professional league of Chinese football and clubs during these years had been collected. The author uses some methods such as document searching and studying, investigation, interviewing experts, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, etc, then make comparisons between the factors influencing the level of Chinese soccer after Chinese football league had been upgraded to Chinese Super League Matches and that of Chinese soccer league A during ten years. The author had analyzed the main factors which influenced development of professional league of Chinese football, and had made a relatively objective comment on professional league of Chinese football in its developing course during less than two decades. Facing unusual situations about professional league of Chinese football, such as low quality, suffering loss and confusion reigns, the author probes into some main theories that can push Chinese football forward:First, through analysis the thesis shows that the main factors which influence development of Chinese professional football league are as follows: the immature condition for production and development of professional football in China; the deviation in the guiding thoughts for football reform; defects in the management system; irregular goal orientation that club investors have; lack of systematic consideration and cognition on developing law of professional league; severe insufficient attention in training reserve personnel; lack of efforts in cultivating football market.Secondly, based on these analysis results, some solutions and suggestions have been proposed. We should grasp the law of football development and start from foundation according to our national conditions. It is necessary to promote diversities of clubs' property rights, make the club become an independent economic entity and form good developing mechanism; to set up club union company, manage the league in unison and implement industrialization operation; to improve legal construction of sports and rationally solve the disputes appearing in the league through regular channel; to make rational commercial regulations and guarantee the league's maximized profits; to strengthen construction of supervision mechanism and training of reserve personnel; to set up trade union and ensure athletes' interests. Meanwhile, it is necessary to set up and complete league monitoring system to ensure that relevant factors of league run in the laws of socialist market economy and football development.Finally, the reform and construction of league system are undoubtedly important, in addition, it is necessary to speed up the development and innovation of science and technology, promote the development of Chinese football depending on science and technology, improve the auto gnosis of club and gradually make the distance between our country and strong countries in football in the world shorter.
