Teachers are the actor of quality-oriented education. The levels of teachers' quality are the key to decide the success of education reform. It's the most important question how to improve teachers' quality. In the 1980's, reflection teaching has been regarded as an important theory that can improve teachers' development. Xiong Chuanwu, on the basis of other's research, considers that reflection teaching is the main body of teaching constant to explore and resolve teaching questions that have a relation with their teaching-aims, teaching-tools, uniting "learning how to teach" to "learning how to learn", improving one's rationality of teaching practice, making oneself into a scholar teacher. The theory of reflection teaching considers that teachers not only are the receptacle for depositing other's conception but also can advance and resolve questions that connect with their teaching practice. Reflection teaching should lead a school's education reform.In order to understand the features of self-reflection of teaching practice for high-element schools' teachers more clearly, the author has done a plenty of investigation, interview, participation in teaching and acquiring object knowledge about the traditional teaching and its disadvantages. I think that in the process of training teachers, on one hand, we should strengthen their knowledge education, on the other hand, \ve should import reflection models. In the process of training sitting teachers, we should lead teachers to observe, reflect, estimate and control themselves through reflection teaching. The paper consists of three sections:difference between the reflection teaching and the traditional teaching, the characters of self-reflection of teaching practice for high-element schools' teachers.In the second section, the paper analyses the reflection teaching, including its content, course models and methods.In the third section, the paper puts forward its attitude in improving competence about self-reflection of teaching practice for high-element school teachers, and thinks we should create various approaches to waken the motivation of teachers' reflection, promote teachers' conception and their ability for self-reflection.
