The author here by analyses the outer factors, which affect the junior motivation of students' study theoretically and practically.Having studied the theory of motivation, the author induces the conception of motivation in this first part. He thinks that motivation is a land of cause or power which incites people to move, including personal intention, will psychological impulsion, and goal wanted to reach, The motivation of study is a kind of internal course or psychological state which stirs individual to study, maintains the action of study which has already been stirred up, and lead the action to the development of certain study goal. And reveals the effect of motivation in study and the relationship between the force and efficient of motivation. Besides, the author considers that the motivation of study is one of the most supporting factors in the course of developing study smoothly and that stirring and maintaining the motivation of study plays an important role in education and class teaching.Being positive about the importance of the sorting of internal and outer motivation in education psychology, for teaching practice, the author explains the internal and outer factors, which affect the students' study motivation. From the angle of dialectical unity of internal and external, the internal factor are important for students' study, the outer factors cannot be denied also. It is of great necessity to study the outer factors that affect the students' study motivation. The author believes that time in junior middle school is a very special period when students grow rapidly in physics and mentality. The specialty of junior students' life and study is determined by their age and the special period of school teaching. New outer factors that affect junior's study motivation will occur are certain teachingcircumstances.The second part of the paper is the analysis of the questionnaire.1. The analysis of the difference of the results of the statistics of the questionnaire in each grade and the comparison of the goal of study and the effective factors in study.2. The similarities of the factors between different grades which affect the study motivation.①The scores, one of the foci of students, is a very important factor that affects juniors' study motivation.②Many factors from family will more or less affect juniors' study motivation.③The teaching standard of teachers, the teaching attitude of teachers also affect students' study motivation to some degree .It is mainly revealed by commentate, punishing, scolding, praise or inspiration. ④Commonly, the students agree that the most decisive factors of study motivation are the different condition of their own.3. The factors, which affect study motivation from family, school and society are listed in form of figure table in this part and are simply analyzed. 4. The general result of the questionnaire holds that all factors from family, school and society affect the study motivation differently. In the third part of this paper, according to the statistics and analyzing the fieldwork investigation, we may get the following inspire ⑴hold a good attitude of the importance and effect of family teaching, stress the construction of the study circumstance at home;⑵ pay more attention to the construction of teaching circumstance; ⑶accelerate the communication of family, school and society. |
