With highly development of economy and education in China, Career-guiding is developing rapidly in metropolis such as Shanghai and Beijing. This program mainly focuses on the occupation guidance for students, the individual career counseling for the confused jobless and career guiding for job-hopping diminishment. The education academe has been showing much attention to this phenomenon.This research focuses on individual aiming at helping them to carry out effective self-evaluation and achieve overall self-development. By selecting 12 samples, the author trys to analyse the interaction between inner-career and outer-career elements and find some way out for those confused people to carry out self-diagnosis.This research trys to put forward a career guidance theory for individuals by all-around analysis through large numbers of cases. There are 8 chapters of this paper:Chapter 1: Explanation of the topic. It explains why the author choosed this topic . It also introduces and discusses previous domestic and foreign relating researches, and defines the main concepts used.Chapter 2: Explanation of the methods. By combining the author's own experience and the deficiency of the previous studys, the author explains why he chose and how to carry through the qualitative research approach.Chapter 3 to 6: Individual cases. From chapter 3 to 4,the author describes Mr. A , an example of ill interaction between inner-career and outer-career elements. On the contrary, you can see an opposite case of Ms. D who has good interaction between inner-career and outer-career elements in Chapter 5 and 6.Chapter 7: Conclusion and application. On the basis of the general compare of the two typical cases, the author puts forward a local career guiding theory named "double-circle theory". What's more, the author explains how to carry out self-guiding or individual career counseling under the instruction of this theory.Chapter 8: Study experiences. The author would like to share his findings and sentiments with us during his study in chapter 8.The key conclusion of this thesis is the "double-circle theory" andit is the right purpose the author dedicated to contribute. Its mainly on the help of individual's self diagnosis, self management and for the development of HR and career theory.
