A Study On The Service Quality Evaluation System Of Business Sports Fitness Center

Business sport fitness center had making a fast development in the two decades in China. The health development of business sport fitness center is important for Chinese society and Chinese sports.The service quality of the sport fitness center is the key factors for a flourish fitness trade. Due to most of the officers and the managers of business sport fitness center of China could not master the characters of the business sport fitness center, the center can not offered consumers a satisfied sport fitness service.The business sport fitness center is a new trade come from the west. The information and theory in this field is limited. So it will helpful to make sure how to define a high quality of business sport fitness center.The purpose of this study is to set up a evaluate system of business sport fitness center. Which can be used in live time of the assessing process. Aimed to help the manger of the fitness center to improve the service quality of the center and make more contributions to the society.Methods of documentation, field research, survey research, and AHP were employed.
