Developing The Personal Fitness Coaches Professional Quality Evaluation Scale Of Business Fitness Clubs In Guangzhou

As the main staff members of the business fitness clubs,personal fitness coaches,also the backbone of guiding the people in science and fitness.The professional quality of personal fitness coaches not only has an important impact on the management of the business fitness clubs,but also affects the healthy development of the entire fitness industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop the personal fitness coach professional quality evaluation scale.Objective: Compiling the personal fitness coaches professional quality evaluation scale of business fitness clubs in Guangzhou.Methods: Using literature data,interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,etc.,According to the procedure for the compilation of psychological scales,799 individual members were selected as subjects.After evaluation indicators were collected,the content of the evaluation index was valid.Tests,development of predictive scales,revision and verification of formal scales,reliability validity test of scales,and other procedures have resulted in the compilation of the personal fitness coaches professional quality evaluation scale of business fitness clubs in Guangzhou.Results: the personal fitness coaches professional quality evaluation scale of business fitness clubs in Guangzhou.was constructed based on 25 items including seven dimensions(professional qualification,professional knowledge,professional competence,professional ethics,occupational fitness,professional psychological quality,etc.)Scale.The reliability of the test was found to be 0.841;the cloned Bach factor was 0.944;the goodness-of-fit indices of the7-factor model and the data all reached a good or acceptable level(is 1.677,less than2).Rigorous levels;RMSEA is 0.038,less than 0.05;IFI is 0.917,CFI is 0.914,and NFI is0.817 all meet or close to 0.9).Conclusion: the personal fitness coaches professional quality evaluation scale of business fitness clubs in Guangzhou,that is high in reliability and validity,which can provide powerful tool support for the evaluation of professional fitness coaches in Guangzhou business fitness clubs.
