One of the most crucial problems at present is how to enhance the receptive effect of moral education among undergraduates. Study on receptive theories is coming up as a new field in educational and scientific research. This paper takes it into consider that receptive theories should be adopted into moral education reform among undergraduates, thus stresses the study on the receiver's reaction toward moral education and insists that without reception, any form of education is meaningless. The process of the reception is a psychological one. During the process of reception, one's mental development influences his receptive effect. Therefore, this paper begins with the meaning, characteristics and levels of psychological reception of the undergraduate, analyzes its psychological process and obstacles and discusses its mechanism and disciplinarians. The conclusion is that psychological reception does play a key role in the receptive effect. As a result, the emotional pattern should be set up in the moral education among undergraduates in order to enhance its effect.
