The Research Of Web-based All-life-cycle Construction Project Integrated Management System

With the development of science and technology, network becomes more and more important in our society, and the efficiency and reliability are more valuable for network. Network management includes five major functions, which are configuration management, malfunction management, performance management, accounting management and security management. As one of the five major functions, accounting management has been studied widely in the world with the rapid development of computer network and a lot of achievements have been accomplished.With the increasing influence of education reform, especially with the promotion of the national macro-policy in recent couple of years, network education presents a tendency of accelerating development in China. It has been widely agreed by all fields that network education potentially has huge economic and social benefit. The continuous development of remote education is sure to bring changes in education concept, education system and education models. Moreover, the improvement of network performance and the renovation of network techniques will have enormous impact on the quality of network education. Network education began to go deep into the people's mind and more and more students and social members participate in the remote institutes to receive degree education or training. The number of students fostered by the remote education institutes of various colleges and universities is increasing yearly. However, in most network schools, traditional accounting method is still in use, which means during the entire learning period of the students, automatic accounting is implemented only in few parts, and none of them implement the automatic electronic payment. Traditional accounting method has gradually become the bottleneck of the development of remote education. In order for the society to meet the need of the development of education in this network age, network education settlement system has become a problem to be solved as soon as possible.Remote education will break the traditional teaching mode, in which the institutes or universities are isolated from each other. Remote education will realize the recognition on the courses and credits among different universities, which can promote the sharing of teaching resource, but it bring new problem in terms of financial settlement, which is a complicated procedure, because it concerns a huge amount of students and several universities which may not be in the same area. The automatic financial settlement of remote education can alleviate this burden, so the implementation of financial settlement system is an inevitable tendency in the development of network education.This paper makes some researches on accounting technology for networkeducation in terms of network management. Accounting management plays a very important part in network management. This paper gives some analysis and study on network management, Open System Interconnection Management Frame (ISO 7498-4), SNMP and web-based network management, etc. This paper explains the details of design and implementation of the settlement system for network education in chapter 3. In chapter 4 and 5, the author gives some analysis on some popular network accounting theories, shows the accounting system based on Squid proxy server, and gives some research and analysis on educational activities accounting. In the last several chapters, it presents the realization of payment online and the research results of this paper, then it puts forward the prospect of this settlement system, proposes some limitations of this system and gives some measures to overcome those limitations.
