With the development of economics and society, people's life style and living standard have changed greatly, as has a great influence on people's healthy status. Recent years, thrombus disease becomes one of factors which effect elder's healthy. This study is about one branch of thrombus researching, fibrinolyic system.Main methods: documentation, experiment and statistic analysis. Healthy sedentary elder people and healthy active older people were investigated and measured the following indexes: activity of tissue type plasminogen activator (T-PA), activity of plasminogen(PL), activity of plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI), activity of u 2-antiplasmin( u H' I) and some other related indexes. Conclusion: The activity of T-PA, PL, a2-Pl, PL and fibrin in active group were remarkably different compared with sedentary group, decreased activity of u 2-pl and increased activity of PL and T-PA in active group, there is no gender difference in the same group. This finding indicates regular physical activity enhanced the function of fibrinlyic system and may decrease possibility of development of thrombus disease.
