The various tasks of teaching are accomplished by the interaction between teacher and students. The teacher-students interaction refers to the course of mutual action between teacher and students. It lies not only inside classroom teaching, but outside of it, but it mainly refers to the interaction of classroom teaching. The classroom interaction between teacher and students shows the distinct diversity in the actual teaching, such as the diversity of objects, contents and methods. Through combining the analysis of documents with the authentic proof of investigation, the essay studied the classroom interaction between teacher and students in the primary stage. It clarifies specifically the connotation, types and features of classroom interactions, and the significance to the full development of the physical and mental health of students. It reveals the various diversities existing in the interaction of primary teacher and students, and the deep reasons of these diversities. Finally, the essay made a reflection on the relationship between the diversity of teacher-students interaction and those questions such as teaching level, creative teaching, the implement of new curriculum and professional attainment of teacher in combination with the current teaching reforms and the actual conditions of teaching.
