The human is the kernel of education .It is the contents of the subjectivity education how to realize the role of the human in educational activities. The issue of the educational subject in China is limit to the analyses of subject about teachers and students. It is generally thought that teachers' subjectivity is excessive and the students' subjectivity isn't enough. We couldn't realize the complication of educational subject, which is the hindrance to development of education.On the base of his educational practices, the author analyzes the issue of educational subject and investigates the education in Yunnan. After thinking over the situation of education, the problem about loss of educational subjectivity is selected to study. Due to the demands for the reformation of curriculum in elementary education, this research had been carried out. The thesis includes three parts: explaining theory of educational subject, analyzing of loss of teachers' subjectivity, the countermeasures to the problem.PartⅠ: The theory of educational subjectivity——"the idea of multiple-alternate educational subject". Firstly, the author explains several concepts: subject, subjectivity, educational subject and educational subjectivity. It is interpreted that the human is subject and the subjectivity is kernel of humanity. Secondly, the ideas of educational subject are briefly reviewed in this part. Finally, it is pointed out that inter-subjectivity is the essence of harmoniousrelationship in human. The author explains his creative idea on educational subject: the subjects of education are multiple, which includes teachers, students and administrative personnel, etc. giving Play to educational subjectivity is complicate, multi-dimensions, multi-levels and alternate. Education must be shifted from the individual-subjected education to the inter-subjected education for exactly give play to educational subjectivity. PartⅡ: Loss of teachers' subjectivity. After briefly introducing the loss of students' subjectivity, the author stresses the loss of teachers' subjectivity and systematically analyzes it. It is pointed out that the teacher is the core of educational subject and the point of contact about play to educational subjectivity. The author explains the connotation to loss of educational subjectivity: both the excessive subjectivity and the inadequate subjectivity is loss of subjectivity. Then, the author comprehensively sets forth following problems: the display, the necessity of studying, the criteria of analysis and the influential factors. PartⅢ: How to make up for loss of educational subjectivity. The author puts forward several countermeasures for this problem: first, the teachers should be encouraged to develop school-based curriculum. Second, the teachers should be inspired to make educational research and educational action research. Third, the methods of teaching and learning must be transformed, which promotes project-based learning or problem-based learning. Forth, the system of educational administration should be reformed effectively.
