In education management, it is for sure that if the characteristic of self-organizing is insisted, the subjectivity is esteemed. Para-subject is a kind of state in which not only human nature is represented, but also the character of polymerization and conjunction is realized. The subjectivity can be authentically illustrious only if the quasi-subjectivity is emphasized in education management. The relationship of administrator and personnel in education management is the reflection of the relationship between of subject and subject, emphasizing the respect of human nature, equality and sincerity of interaction. The hypothesis of human nature is the characteristic of interaction -building in education management. But the subjectivity of individual and group as personnel will grow from the immature to the comparatively mature, and then to the mature. So corresponding modes of education management should be protective inter-subjectivity, democratic inter-subjectivity and service-oriented inter-subjectivity. Not only the three modes are three levels from lowness to highness, but also it is a continuous course. In the course, interaction embodying inter-subjectivity is the most important "nourishment" which gestates, fosters and brings up the subjectivity of individual and group as personnel to the mature.
