Approaching Teachers Subjectivity in the Sense of Intersubjectivity n Objective of Educational Tool (Abstractl Curriculum instruction is the stipulative definition of educational tool in this thesis. From the perspective of the principle of education, the author puts forward a new metaphysical objective romoting teachers and students subjectivity, which is different from the extant ones with regard to visual angle and reachable degree. Perhaps because of our understanding deviation to subjectivity and excessive correction to traditional eacher-centered instruction teachers subjectivity has been neglecting. On the basis of probing into the causes carefully, the author attempts to describe a new analytical frame for teachers subjectivity, that is, teachers subjectivity in the sense of intersubjectivity (I S SI). In order to master the precise meaning of TSSI, the author attaches importance to combing the development of subjectivity and intersubjectivity in Western and Chinese history of educational philosophy. And then concludes that TSSI means teachers are provided with three attributes stieb ~s gonl, innovation and self ad justrnerit. Three platforms such as school-base, action research and reflection are analyzed in part IV. in the first platform, the two attributes of goal and innovation are testified through: I) deciding curriculum for teachers themselves, 2) possessing and enhancing teachers innovation consciousness and ability concerning curriculum, which means teachers are becoming the subjectivity of school-based curriculum. In the second platform, the attribute of goal is testified through: 1) combination of personal and abstract theories, 2) fostering consciousness and sensitivity of problem, which meais teachers are becoming researchers. And in the third platform, the attribute of self-adjustment is testified through: 1) reflective process: describing, informing, confronting and reconstructing, 2) reflective content: personal quality and practical wisdom, which means teachers are becoming reflective teachers.
