The Thought Of The Circulation About Junior Meddle School Teachers Jinan Huaiyin District

Teachers' occupation is one of the oldest professions in human society and will go on with the society. Today, teachers are the important forces to propel the economy and the society. So teachers' work, qualification, and the teachers' cultivation has to be the attractive question in society. With the establishment of market economy and the knowledge economy, there is an unhealthy phenomenon of circulation in junior schoolteachers. It is paid more attention by all the classes in society. It is of great significance to study the teachers' circulation, especially under the new situation of deepening education innovation and implementing qualification education.This research explores the following issues: (1) Finding out the present elementary features of teachers' circulation and analyzes its coming -into -being causes; (2) Put forward some suggestions of how to construct the teachers'contingent under the situation of market economy and knowledge economy.Investigation by this paper is the main way of this research, aside by talking, visiting, and so on. We got the information from huaiyin district education bureau human resource department and chose 5 middle schools toinvestigate.the results are as follow: (1) The real situation of teachers' professional moral are healthy and have a tendency of upgrade. (2) The number of the circulation has a rising tendency.(3) There's no clear relationship between the circulation of teachers and teachers' professional moral.but there's big difference in sex, region, professional titles, age, etc. (4) The teachers havechanged their view of work from ideological guideline to concrete matters.(5) We are confronted with some perplexities in teachers' construction.According to the results, this article discussed such question as: the general feature of circulation, region, school characteristic, professional titles, age and some effecting factors as humanity, educational policy, evaluation system, lifelong education, new challenge in new era, social situations, etc. The last part of this paper offered suggestions to teachers' circulation as follows:(1) Enlarging the usage of the human market, try to form the good phenomenon of the teachers' circulation. Strengthen the management of the county school and keep stability of the rural teachers.(2) Fasten the speed of the famous school cultivation and attracting the elite with good conditions.(3) Strengthen the management of school and attracting the elite with soft environment.(4) Implement the system of teachers' qualification and continuing education, fastening the process of teachers' specialization.(5) Strengthen the education of the teachers' moral, trying to be a "learning -style "teacher.
