Morality education is an important part of school education. But it is not so effective in practice and is thus always blamed. Reflecting upon problems in morality education in a school, the main problem in it is that it is affected to certain extent by the traditional three-center (centers of teacher, textbook, and class) theory. It focuses too much on the teacher's speeches and ignores the students as the main bodies. The way of morality education is completely out of date and can not meet the need of the developing society. The nature of modern morality education is the developing of the main bodies of students. In view of this problem, the purpose of my research is to initiate a new concept of morality education which focuses more on the developing of the main bodies. That is called internalized morality education. And I want to find out the effect of the innovation in the ways of improving students' morality in the systemic program of school morality in vocational schools. My research on this subject is due to the thinking of innovation in the concept of school morality education and I begin with the methodology. In my essay I advanced the view of internalized morality education after analyzing the cause of morality internalizing based on the questionnaires and interviews with students. I am trying to explore the new methods in internalized morality education. The essay is divided into three parts. The first part is about the summary of the theories of internalization of morality and the statement about the basic of internalization of morality education. And thus the view of internalized morality education is advanced.The second part focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of internalized morality education. The essay lists out five characteristics of internalized morality education. First, it attaches much importance to the development of morality of the main bodies(the students) and the scientific ways of morality education. Second, it stresses that we make more efforts to meet the students' psychological need and achieve the aim in real life. Third, it concerned more about the students' morality emotions. Forth, itsuggests ways of realizing morality education in practice. Finally, it suggests to offer recessive courses so that we can find out the system of internalization of morality education.In the third part, I explore the teaching methodology in morality education in the respects of theory and practice in the course of my teaching in vocational schools. And the innovation lies mainly in the following: to internalize professional morality while developing professional capacities; to strengthen practice of moral behaviors within groups; to improve the internalization under the guidance of the teachers' model of characters; To accelerate internalization by creating a rich moral atmosphere; to push the internalization forwards by careful selection of words so as to improve the effect of morality education in vocational schools.
