| Vocational students are special "vulnerable groups".they are a collection of "loser",who are labeled as inferiority,lazy,poor cultural basis and poor learning attitude.Most of them are poor in common psychological quality,and their behavior need to be corrected.A growing number of companies show that they pay more attention to moral quality than professional skills in choosing and employing the graduates.However,the teachers taught to the students and the students passively accepted in moral education in vocational schools;leaders of the school ordered the teachers to do it and the students obey them mechanically.Moral education has become a kind of external reinforcement system.Students cannot produce identity,and the strengthening effect is also difficult to be continued for a long time,which makes the school moral education work in a constant stress state of high pressure.It is difficult to break through.This thesis which guided by the internalization theory to do research on the methods based on the theory of internalization in moral education.The author takes Kai-yuan vocational school as an example and tries to do research on the problems existing in moral education work after full investigation and study.The author proposed "experience-internalization" moral education model.In this thesis the author renewed moral ideas,detailed the "experience-internalization" moral education in classroom teaching and designed the team activities.This mode is of strong operability.The author chose the freshmen of 2013 as the main subjects to carry out the education practice,which has achieved fruitful results.After the teaching practice,the author analyzed the data observed and recorded.The author found that the students’ moral conception is more bright and firm,and their moral behavior is more stable.For teachers,their moral class education generally improved.There are some change in the whole school,which greatly improves the stability of graduates and enhancethe social recognition of the school.It is feasible and effective in the promotion and implementation of "Experience-internalization" moral education mode.It is worthy of promotion and to be a reference to the same type of school in moral education work... |
