The report of the 19 th National Congress highlights the party's determination to seek happiness for the people and the historical responsibility for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.A large number of talent cultivation and agglomeration with firm ideals and convictions and superb professionalism are necessary conditions to achieve this goal.The cultivation of any talent is inseparable from the support of moral education.As a gathering place for cultivating talents and gathering elites,the role of moral education in colleges and universities is particularly important.At present,the profound changes in China's socialist market economy,the continuous and in-depth development of social transformation,various reforms have entered a critical period,coupled development of network data technology and the changing international situation,and the constant awareness of various ideological and cultural factors.Surgery,etc.,various moral anomies continue to emerge in the society,and moral education has been repeatedly tortured and questioned by the public.In the face of new situations,new problems,and new challenges,the status quo of moral education for college students needs to be improved.The most prominent manifestation is that the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities is not high.This is a fact we must face.The deeper reason for the low effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities is that the moral internalization of college students is not perfect.It does not transform the universal moral principles and norms into their own behaviors and habits,and does not actively accept and absorb social morality.In the context of the new era,if social ethics and requirements cannot be translated into individual moral behaviors and habits,social stability and harmony will not be guaranteed.Moral internalization is a process of transforming from "dao" to "de".How to complete this transformation,transform the universal moral principles and norms into individual morality,and accept the initiative and consciously for the individual to explore the internalization of morality.The method is the key to enhancing the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.This paper mainly attempts to introduce the relevant theories of moral internalization into the research of moral education in colleges and universities inChina,and to study moral education in colleges and universities from the perspective of moral internalization.It is the key to solving the problem of moral education such as low moralization of students and the dilemma of moral education.Therefore,this thesis mainly explores the relevant theoretical knowledge of moral internalization in many aspects,and combines the problems and causes of the current low morality of college moral education,and explores the effective path of moral education in colleges and universities from the perspective of moral internalization.This paper begins with the theory of moral internalization and analyzes the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities from the perspective of moral internalization.The main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research overview of the paper,the writing methods and ideas of the paper and other related content.The second part is a related overview of moral internalization and moral education.First,an interpretation of moral internalization.It mainly includes the interpretation of the concept of moral internalization,and analyzes the main ways of moral internalization and the main influencing factors,and provides reference for the solution path proposed below.Secondly,the interpretation of the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.Clarify the definition of moral education and moral education in colleges and universities,and analyze the connotation and necessity of moral education and its effectiveness in colleges and universities.On this basis,it analyzes the connection between moral internalization and moral education in colleges and universities,and points out the possibility,necessity and importance of moral internalization in college moral education.The third part mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of moral internalization from multiple perspectives.First of all,from Marx's ethical related elaboration,explore the source of poverty and find relevant theories about moral internalization.Secondly,it examines the relevant research China,we seek the fertile ground for the internal growth and development of moral internalization in China.The fourth part is mainly to analyze and analyze the problems and reasons for the low effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.The first is toanalyze the main problems of the current low-efficiency moral education work in colleges and universities,mainly from the main body,method,intermediary and evaluation mechanism of college moral education.On this basis,the reasons for the low effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities are analyzed one by one,which provides solutions for the effective development of moral education in colleges and universities from the perspective of moral internalization.The fifth part is mainly from the perspective of moral internalization,thinking and exploring the path to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.They are updating the concept of moral education in colleges and universities,based on moral internalization;insisting that the content of moral education is close to reality,highlighting the reality of moral internalization;optimizing the internalization environment of moral education in colleges and universities,enhancing the experience of moral internalization;strengthening the team building of moral education workers in colleges and universities,Improve the level of moral internalization;optimize the method of moral education in colleges and universities,enhance the effectiveness of moral internalization;build a moral education evaluation system in colleges and universities,based on the goal of moral internalization.Through the choice of the above path,construct an effective moral education work mechanism,stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of college students' moral internalization,and enhance the practical effect of moral education in colleges and universities.
