Young Teachers' Psychological Health In Middle School In Information Times

Nowadays, psychological health has been set a high value in the word. But civil and abroad study of psychological heath cares more about students' psychological heath. While teachers' psychological health has not being taken enough care of. And the problem of psychological health will be common phenomenon as it is evolving with the arrival of Information Times. Fast development of modern society, fiercer and fiercer competition, more and more pressure in work. Among it, the problem of teachers' psychological health also shows its tendency of increase. As we know "Prospect of Chinese peoples' prosperity depends on education, prospect of education depends on teachers". Teachers play the most important role in school education , they should be concerned more with psychological health because of their special social mission of teaching and cultivation. Besides that, the level of their psychological health directly affects their physique, quality of education as well, even determines the fate of our nation and county. In view of that, the author based herself on full-scale consideration of characters of Information Times, deeply analyzes the condition reasons and development of young teachers' psychological health and suggests some valuable measures for safeguarding and maintaining the psychological health of young teachers.
