Research On The Professional Ethics Construction Of University Young Teachers In The Network Times

With the rapid development of computer network technology, a large number of colleges and universities teaching mode, the implementation of the network of higher education teaching practice began to step towards network-based new era-the Internet age. New era, a large number of young teachers embark on university pulpit, to take on the task of teaching management in. Thus the structure of the teaching staff had changed greatly:those young teachers take half of the portions and gradually becoming the majority of the staff. Those changes had brought us the vitality and at the same time also posed some questions to us:Those young teachers quality, their vocational attitude, their professional behavior, teaching skills, and the conviction of dedicate to the higher education etc. Are to be influencing the future development of higher educations in terms of level and purpose. So the major task right now is to serious analysis the situation of young teachers’professional ethics and enhance the ethical education in universities and colleges.The methods used in the paper are documents study and investigation. It include the analysis of basic situation of the basic features of the Internet age, and teachers’ professional ethics, the basic status of University Young Teachers, the introduction of the professional ethics’content and feature, the great significance for enforcing young teachers’professional ethics in universities and colleges. Based on this, the essay analysis the forming reason from both the positive aspect and the negative aspect, and also offered some management methods for enhancing the young teachers’professional ethics in universities and colleges.This paper is divided into five chapters, three parts:the first part introduced the purpose and significance of this study, defined relevant conception.The second part thoroughly analyzed basic situation of the young teachers’professional ethics’in the network times, also include its’content and feature, the great significance for enforcing young teachers’professional ethics in universities and colleges. The third part offered some management methods for the young teachers’professional ethics in universities and colleges.Based on the positive investigation and existing problems and puzzles, the essay analyzes the forming reason from both the positive aspect and the negative aspect.It analysis of basic existing problems and puzzles, and put forward the corresponding feasible countermeasures and constructive opinions.
