In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,the development of economy and the progress of the society,people’s life work pressure increasing,and with the life rhythm speeding up,a lot of disease began to show a feature of "young",under this background,the youth group for the pursuit of a higher quality of life,also began to more and more attention to health information.Compared with the middle-aged and elderly population,the current youth group’s attention to health information has its own unique group characteristics,which is mainly reflected in the fact that the information source is mainly network.Therefore,this paper takes the youth group as the main research object to explore the influence of online health information on the attitude and behavior of the young audience.In this paper,using the participatory observation,depth interview and questionnaire research method,innovation diffusion theory and knowledge theory model based on letter,the result of comprehensive questionnaire and depth interview,in understanding the youth group for health information network of contact condition and the spread of network health information basic situation,on the basis of the analysis of network health information’s influence on the young audience’s attitude and behavior,and then discusses the youth groups in health information contact network after the influence factors of attitude and behavior change.The study found that the current youth groups’ attention and contact to online health information is obviously targeted,and the attention to information is more rational and has a certain social entertainment nature.The influence of online health information on the attitude and behavior of young people is mainly reflected in the spread of online health information and the interaction of health information among young people,and the change of the concept of health information to the audience is the formation of health beliefs and the promotion of the public health behavior.In terms of specific influencing factors,the personal factors of young audience groups include gender,age,educational background and risk perception of health,and factors such as online health information source attribute,information content attribute,information stimulation and audience proximity have a certain impact on the attitudes and behaviors of young audience groups.Specifically,relative to men,women are more easily affected by health information so that the attitude and behavior change,18 to 35,youth groups,18 to 25 years old people are more likely than 26-35 to change their attitude,but not on the health behavior change,high degree of youth groups more vulnerable to the influence of health information,so as to change their attitude and behavior,the higher the health risk perception,the attention to healthinformation are more,network health information also the easier it is to influence their attitudes and behaviors.The higher the professional degree and authority of online health information,the greater the influence on the attitude and behavior of young audience groups.The more prominent the negative stimulus attribute is in the information content compared with the positive stimulus,the closer the information content is to the daily life of the audience,and the more obvious the influence is on the attitude and behavior of the audience.
