Following the "The public math" and "Questions Solution", Constructivism is becoming one of the hottest subjects in the international math education. The point of the Constructivism is that learning is an active constructivist process that is based on the knowledge and the experience the students learned, rather than a passive acceptance process where the students learn what the teachers teach; moreover, constructing activities are performed in a certain social background, which has the society character. The central point at the Mathematical Modeling learning is that by contracting the object in thinking, the subject constructs the meaning of the object in the psychology. The theory of the constructivism learning suggests that math education is a mathematical recognition structure constructing teaching process. The teacher should become a promoter, instructor and cooperator in the students' learning activities. Countering the malpractice of math teaching in the middle school, the research raises to carry out the practice research of the Mathematical Modeling teaching in the middle school, guided by the constructivism, which is based on expounding the theory of constructivism. Through three periods of experiments and researches, middle school Mathematical Modeling teaching guided by constructivism wants to have a certain effect on the whole math teaching, and the students' math learning which aims at training various of their abilities, making them adapt to the development of the future society better.
