New cumcular theory, new educational thinking and the high quality teacher's troop that is updating continuously are needed by the new century and new education. The emphasis of this research is laid on the problem of how the teachers teach themselves, it's usually ignored but it has an important significance to the educational quality, the teacher's vital quality and the lifetime development of the students.The background of this text is the new round of revolution of the new curriculum. It aims at that some teachers of the experimental area of the cumcular revolution can't be accustomed to the new curriculum and some prominent in the practice, and it analyses and researches these at an angle of the theory and practice of the teacher's professional development, it emphasizes the actual construction of the Chinese teacher's professional development as well as the growth mechanism and the development mode of the self-renewed professional development. And the relative practical proposals are brought forward. This research attempts to arouse teachers' recognition and concern of the development of their professions. The aim of putting forward some prepositions on the practical and manipulative level is to change the ideas and explore the thread with educationists and teachers. The purpose is to promote the common development of teachers and students with the nicer turning point in the new cumcular revolution and to make them become the practicians of lifelong education.
