Applied problems are of very importance in primary school math teaching. With the announcement of new teaching curriculum standard of compulsory education , considering its effect in reality, the subject about applied problem primary school math has caught math educators' eyes. My research , originating from the practice and adopting various methods, including questionnaire , interview, symposium and data collecting, focuses on present conditions and some problems. I analyze these conditions and put forward corresponding tactics to solve these problems.The first part: introduction, which is primarily concerned with enunciating principles, background information and practical meaning of study as well . In this part, some problems are arisen, and at the same time, some tactics and methods put forward.The second part: investigation on present condition .At first, make a survey in terms of questionnaire on teachers teaching objects, teaching focus and designing of open applied problems and processing of math practical active class, etc . Furthermore, another investigation is made . That is the students 'attitude toward applied problems and their emotional experience when using it to deal with the problem in the life and so on . Finally , I draw a conclusion by data processing .The third part : the analysis of result. In this part , I mainly expound on present condition of teaching applied math problems and analyze some existing core problems .The fourth part: about proposal and countermeasures. In view of the existing situation in the town of Cheng County , the author gives the solutions as follows.
