"Two curricula" opened in higher-level institutions acts as the main channel to foster the college students' political, ideological and moral quality. The problems, however, remain in "two curricula", such as inadequate educational functioning of related courses, and not achieving intended practical results. When confronted with difficulties and meeting challenges, "two curricula" teachers only pay attention to the law of delivering courses, not to the law of receiving courses. In view of research findings on "reception theory" in the science of humanity and society, as well as the findings in the fields of psychology, philosophy and education, this paper, from perspective of the structure of "two curricula" receiving system, analyzes and finds out the reasons leading to receiving hindrance, and accordingly offers some suggestions and solutions.
