With the development of China 's opening-up policy,foreign advanced educational concepts,the continuous influx of educational technology,the deepening of educational reform,the increasing degree of education and the increasing pressure of teachers.With the increase of pressure,some teachers in advance retirement,diverted and other negative aspects of work more and more common,the stability of the problem of teachers has gradually aroused great interest in scholars.But in this gradually increased pressure also has such a trend: the quality of teaching in the continuous improvement of the quality of teachers are getting higher and higher.It can be seen that the teacher's work pressure on the teacher's personal development is to promote or hinder the role,can not simply conclusions.In addition,the study of teachers 'turnover tendency is of great significance and value in the overall development of teachers' resources,the stability of teachers and the healthy development of education industry.According to the theory of pressure interaction,the main reason for the individual's response to the job requirement is that the individual's evaluation of the job requirement will affect the individual's emotion and cognition.Therefore,in the face of the same pressure when some teachers tend to leave higher,some teachers turnover tendency is very low,it is because the teacher's ability to evaluate their own work is different,so this study introduces the teacher self-efficacy of this intermediary variable.This study draws lessons from the challenge-the theory of obstructive stress to divide the teacher 's work pressure into challenging and obstructive pressures,and discuss the different effects of different types of work pressure on teachers' turnover intention.Secondly,we introduce the individual variables of teachers 'self-efficacy and construct the mediator model of teachers' self-efficacy in the challenge and the effect of obstacle pressure on turnover intention.Using the challenge-obstructive stress scale,the turnover tendency scale and the teacher's self-efficacy scale,through the questionnaire survey,for more than 20 primary and secondary schools,a total of 500 teachers,challenging pressure and obstructive pressure,As well as teachers' self-efficacy.After the statistical analysisby SPSS16.0 and AMOS17.0 software,the results are as follows:(1)Challenging stress was negatively correlated with teacher turnover tendency;obstructive stress was positively correlated with teacher turnover tendency;(2)teacher self-efficacy in the challenging pressure and the tendency to leave a complete intermediary between the role;(3)teachers self-efficacy in the obstacle between the pressure and the tendency to leave part of the intermediary role;(4)non-full-time teachers are higher than those of full-time teachers;(5)female teachers have higher self-efficacy than male teachers.
